  26.   The GAO is a high-quality source about the financial shenanigans
  27.   of our government. They are making some reports available in
  28.   electronic format. Also, I have acquired lists of reports they
  29.   publish in non-electronic form.

  31.   All GAO reports are free, and I am not trying to sell anything,
  32.   either. I consider those who sell gov't information to uninformed
  33.   citizens to be selling water by the river to the blind.

  35.   To get info about GAO reports, send mail to:

  40.   If you want a index of available files, say "send /publish/Index"
  41.   in the body of the message.

  47.   order response line of the GAO from a touch-tone phone.

  57.     menu will provide information on how to obtain these listings using
  58.     a touchtone telephone.
